Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971)

Filled with unique special effects and delightful music.

The script is tight and witty with sparks of sophistication. This is a film that, while never quite given the rightful place in the Disney canon it deserved, had a positive influence on many lives over the decades, including that of this writer.

Oscar-winning special effects and animation sequences by Ward Kimball make this musical fantasy a perennial favorite.

Bedknobs and Broomsticks is the new Disney production from the team that made Mary Poppins, and it has the same technical skill and professional polish. It doesn't have much of a heart, though, and toward the end you wonder why the Poppins team thought kids would like it much.

It's more sophisticated than the usual run of Disney product, but it lacks the inventiveness that could endow it with genuine charm.

The magic of Walt Disney lingers magnificently on in Bed knobs and Broomsticks.

Like Lansbury, the film has aged well and retains almost all of it's magic.

A tricky, cheerful, aggressively friendly Walt Disney fantasy for children who still find enchantment in pop-up books, plush animals by Steiff and dreams of independent flight.

Bedknobs and Broomsticks could use some magic itself. The fantasy is earthbound, the score by Richard and Robert Sherman (who also wrote music and lyrics for Mary Poppins) is forgettable, the special effects lackadaisical.

意外得非常非常好看，贯穿了天马行空的魔幻世界与二战的真实背景，拧一拧床头的小铁球，便能飞越至不同次元的时空，真是相当奇妙的体验。小时候我也梦想过，只要躺在床上就能像阿拉伯飞毯一样，去任何想去的地方。同时，作为一部以真人为主要框架的电影，里面穿插的二维动画场景似乎更加吸引眼球，这样的「玩法」如今看来在技术力上也许过时了，但是真的会给人一种，啊，被施了魔法的感觉。原作家居然是玛丽·诺顿，很喜欢她这种细腻、优美又乐观的科幻创作风格。

Cctv6的童年回忆

虽然动画部分并不多，而且本质上是个反纳粹的合家欢歌舞片，但这部真真切切是真人动画历史上的里程碑……歌舞和岛上足球赛我没啥兴趣，步骑兵盔甲大战倒是太好看了！技术这么厉害，能成为当年热门电影也是天经地义。

视觉特效上虽然并无创新，但也承前继后。

《欢乐满人间》的导演、《借物小人阿莉埃蒂》的作者，奇幻＋歌舞＋战争，真人动画片的里程碑作品，迪士尼＋工业光魔大法好，拿到奥斯卡最佳特效（古早土法特效忒带感），以及特艺彩色顾问们辛苦了；二战时期英国学徒女巫找咒语抵抗纳粹的主线，飞天床作为交通工具带着大家上天入海穿街巷，市场群舞、兽岛球赛、空甲对战几场重头戏很精彩，兔兔和黑猫的演技也一级棒；唯有相信才能行使魔法，童心童趣，全程惊叹。

也许片子有些冗长，大量歌舞让人兴致锐减，但穿越到奇妙小岛时，高潮来了，动物们正在进行花式足球赛，裁判数次遭到践踏，笑料一下子爆炸了，影片另一高潮来自魔法驱使下的军队撵走德军，看似只有盔甲，却让敌人毫无招架，确匠心独具。

小时候某天中午，坐在我的硬质席梦思小床上吃饭看的这片，好像有一句口诀来着：神仙毯，仙神毯，神仙仙毯快快灵！每次女主角念这种中式的魔法，床就会飞起来，觉得好囧，难道是翻译的原因？直到现在我依旧坐在那张床上，它没有飞起来，可我长大了。

色彩很棒

这是我童年的记忆，直到现在我都还记得那一天，本该是睡觉的时间了，我们还是被“特许”看完了这部很长很长的电影，从那之后的很长一段时间里，我都对会飞的床还有魔法都有强烈的渴望。这是那个年代很快乐很天真的记忆。到现在还历历在目。

动物踢足球的片段赞爆了！

至今仍然会希望有一天自己的床会飞出窗户，飞遍北京的大街小巷，那该多美啊~
