美国人能把法庭戏拍得这么戏剧化，因为这是他们的日常生活呀。前两天看见有网友吐槽中国的法庭基本上就是公诉人的独角戏，律师负责赔礼道歉，法官负责宣布结果，大致情况不错。我在2002年实习时也是这样，印象很深刻，介于轮奸和聚众淫乱之间的一个案子，犯案的几个青年都被抓了，一个个被打得像鬼，有个腿上还绑着绷带，拄着拐杖上的法庭。2个公诉人对3个律师，噼里啪啦吧啦吧啦，律师一辩护公诉人就叫他们闭嘴，当时也没觉得不好，因为有种“正义感”让我觉得就应该这样狠狠的搞！腿上绑着绷带的被告几次发话，结果庭警直接走到他后面掐住他的脖子说“说话注意点啊！”我还笑出来了。。。后来想一想又觉得有问题，写毕业论文时我把这个案子放到模拟法庭进行讨论，我当辩护律师对同学扮演的公诉人，结果我一辩护老师居然也让我闭嘴。。。
