The Eiger Sanction1975

There comes a time in some movies when sheer spectacle overwhelms any consideration of plot, and Clint Eastwood's The Eiger Sanction is a movie like that. It has a plot so unlikely and confused that we can't believe it for much more than 15 seconds at a time, but its action sequences are so absorbing and its mountaintop photography so compelling that we don't care.

拖沓的故事，老土的“龙”先生，前半段观感很糟几乎看不下去，但没想到后半段居然是克林特伊斯特伍德的攀岩，相当惊险，对白方面偶有亮点，女记者问白头翁男人们登山是为了彰显气概还是移情时，白头翁回了句“go get urself screwed”, 笑死了，某些人总想一些尖刻的蛋疼问题时确实不如好好搞一场

Shot in a straightforward adventure style, with Eastwood as the art lecturer cum cold-blooded assassin hired to kill his victim while climbing the North face of the Eiger, the movie is little but a series of nice panoramas and clichéd action sequences.
