Monk (2002)

As I enjoyed this mystery series' second-season premiere, I recalled the satisfying feeling of watching Columbo in its prime.

Tony Shalhoub is not the only reason to watch Monk, a smart new detective series on USA, but the intriguing character he and the show's writers have created might have been enough.

An enticingly screwy and potentially addictive new crime series from the USA Network, normally not a hotbed of brilliance.

The most charming show from the early days of my life. Mr. Monk made me what I am today. What the show, you'll thank me later.

My favorite show of all time. I love how in each episode you can get every genre of movie in a detective show.

This is my favorite show of all time. Not a single bad episode. I hope everyone gets a chance to watch it and fall in love like I did.

This show helps you sleep at night, in letting you experience the fact that there still are people on this planet, who are intelligent, witty and know how to do there jobs, all working together to create this pinnacle of entertainment.

I give a 9 out of 10 because I hate that they take Sharona out in season three and then the transfer was not nice plus they took Benjy which I think should have been on longer (all 8 seasons) The new assistant and her daughter kind of made me mad. Yeah sure there were points Sharona did a bad job (parenting) but besides that she was great and that is what made me like them her and her son Benjy was her parenting. Anyways I am waiting for the movie (should have came out 5 years ago) so I hope they figure out a new one soon.
