Tell Me Lies gets even darker in Season 3, which didn’t seem to be possible, but it also turns its gaze inwards at the interior lives of these broken characters to mixed but largely compelling effect.

Cons: Personally, this isn't necessarily the show for me. I'm more into romantic dramas. But for what it is and what it's trying to be (a messy show about toxic relationships and friendships), it pulls it off fantastically. It can get depressing at times, but that comes with the nature of these kinds of shows. Think Euphoria but slightly tamer. Pros: It is filled with twists, lies, and betrayals (hence the name). Almost all the characters will make you want to throw something at the TV at one point or another. it's the type of show where it's hard to root for anyone, but that's the fun of it. You get to root AGAINST everyone instead. If you love messy drama, and characters who constantly make the worst decisions, this show is for you. It will show you the worst sides of humanity. May love and friends like these never find me.

To be honest, there’s a lot I genuinely dislike about this show. .... And yet, the show is also undeniably addictive; the characters and their behaviors might be unlikeable, but with new lies and mysteries unfolding in every episode, there’s just enough there to get you to binge the whole thing.
