If they tune in to the first episode of the final season, what they’ll find is something charmingly unassuming. The show puts its characters through the wringer, granted. .... But it’s rarely over the top. Young Sheldon works in softer, mellower tones.

So Sheldon was not my favorite character in BBT and I resisted watching this because I was really not into another sitcom of watching his character-self whine and **** for 23 minutes an episode - My god I could not have been more shocked when I found this show to be warm, wholesome, heart-lifting, enlightening, endearing and hilarious all at the same time. By the end of the series I wanted to move Medford and ask to be adopted . . . As long as George is still there.

With its seventh and final season premiering on February 15, Young Sheldon continues to prove its brilliance as it prepares to wrap up the storylines of its now-beloved characters, all while proving why it has lasted, and excelled, for the past seven years.
